A visionary, whose main objective is to Empower Zimbabwe and Africa through bringing  sporting Opportunities to his society and regional community. 

He is a celebrated International Rugby Icon with Zimbabwe after a great career in the World Rugby Sevens Series between 2006 – 2012.

A Former Professional and International Rugby Player, with a career of over 12 years with clubs and teams in South Africa, Scotland and Romania ( between 2005-2018).

Gerald represented Zimbabwe in 3 Rugby World Cups, as Vice Captain of the under 19 national team in 2005,as a Key player in 2009 Sevens Rugby World Cup in Dubai and as a Manager in 2018 Sevens Rugby World Cup in USA.

He is determined to contribute and gloss the Sports landscape in Africa with great success through his global networks, testament to him successfully bringing the partnership between ASM and Spain’s top La Liga Football Club Real Betis Balompie to Zimbabwe and Africa. 

He is a South African Entrepreneur, based in the USA. His Passion to develop Sports in Africa brings added value to ASM. Ryan looks to bring Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) from his global networks in UFC and EFC fight nights to our key markets. His business ventures extend into various sectors of the economy including Security. Much credit to Ryan for the successful formation of the Real Betis Camp Paarl to empower the youth in the communities of the Western Cape through football and Sport.
